YTD Function in Calculated Measure of Model Doesn't Work

I'm trying to create a calculated measure in my model using the YTD function. (The measure is at the model level, not the story level.) The formula I'm using is this: YTD([MTD], [d/Date]). When I test the measure in a story, no results display. I am simply pulling GL Account in the rows and Date...
