At 3:42 a.m. EDT on Friday, the National Weather Service released a winter storm watch valid from Sunday 2 a.m. EDT until Monday 8 p.m. EDT for Leelanau, Benzie, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Manistee and Wexford counties.
