At 12:12 p.m. on Friday, the National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning valid from Sunday 1 a.m. until Monday 7 p.m. for Oneida, Yates, Seneca, Cayuga, Onondaga, Steuben, Schuyler, Chemung, Tompkins, Madison, Cortland, Chenango, Otsego, Tioga, Broome, Delaware and Sullivan counties.
