Connects Vietnam To Cebu, Singapore And Prague Vietjet is strengthening connectivity between India and Vietnam as it continues to expand its international route network across Asia and Europe. The airline currently operates direct flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad and Bengaluru to the Vietnamese hubs of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. As part of its expansion plans, Vietjet announced a new route between Ho Chi Minh City and Cebu in the Philippines, linking two major economic and tourism centres in Southeast Asia. The airline will also launch a direct service between Nha Trang, one of Vietnam’s most popular beach destinations, and Singapore, offering travellers more convenient travel options between the two countries. Both routes are scheduled to begin operations on December 11, supporting tourism, trade and people-to-people exchanges across ASEAN markets. Expanding beyond Southeast Asia, Vietjet will also introduce a new Hanoi–Prague service via Almaty, Kazakhstan, improving connectivity between Vietnam, Central Asia and Europe. The route marks another milestone in the airline’s international growth strategy and creates new opportunities for travellers exploring Europe through Vietnam. Alongside its route expansion, Vietjet continues to invest in aviation infrastructure and operational capabilities. The airline has signed an agreement with Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor Office (EECO) to develop an aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) centre at U-Tapao International Airport, supporting the long-term growth of the regional aviation industry.
