Strong storms expected in St. Louis ahead of cooler Friday

A strong cold front is expected to bring strong-to-severe storms to the St. Louis area on Thursday evening, with the potential for damaging winds, hail, and an isolated spin-up or two, before clearing out by Friday morning and another system arriving Saturday into Sunday.
