Steve Kerr Says Steph Curry Will Be Available For Play-In Game If Healthy

Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr said on Monday that Steph Curry will play in the play-in tournament if healthy. "If Steph is healthy, he's going to play because that's what we're here for," said Kerr. "The chance to get into the playoffs is a big deal for us, big deal for Steph." Curry has been out since January 30 due to patellofemoral pain syndrome and bone bruising in his knee. Kerr added that Curry would remain out if there was any risk of long-term damage to the knee. Kerr also mentioned that Curry's planned participation in practice on Sunday was pushed back at least two days on the advice of the medical staff. The Warriors will decide Curry's next steps once they return from their six-game road trip. The Warriors are 11-22 without Curry this season.
