Following the end of Outlander, Starz is looking to fill the void with another Scottish historical romance. The network has acquired the rights to adapt Lauren Palphreyman's bestselling novel The Wolf King, which features a feisty princess, rival love interests, and a supernatural war brewing in the Highlands. The story follows Aurora as she becomes entangled in a conflict between werewolf clans after saving a young wolf from a death match.
