The Justice Department said it is investigating a group of protesters who disrupted services at Minnesota church where a local ICE agent apparently serves as a pastor. The protesters say one of the church’s pastors, David Easterwood, also leads the local ICE field office and oversees what they say are violent tactics and illegal arrests.
