The Vacaville Planning Commission voted unanimously Tuesday evening to recommend a draft Battery Energy Storage System ordinance for adoption by the Vacaville City Council. Senior Planer Albert Enault gave a short presentation on the ordinance, which he previously presented on to the commission and council in study sessions.
