'Pill mill' head to serve nearly 4 years in jail

On Friday, Jan. 9, a federal judge in Roanoke sentenced John Gregory Barnes to three years and nine months on a charge of health care fraud conspiracy at a half-dozen clinics in the Christiansburg, Lynchburg and Galax areas.
