In honor of Martin Luther King Jr., Peggy Simpson and a handful of volunteers served nearly 100 people lunch on Monday at the River City Rescue Mission as a way to honor the legacy of the civil rights leader “by spreading kindness to those in need,” serving her famous spaghetti.
