Ohio midwinter bald eagle survey counts 715 birds across the state

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A midwinter bald eagle citizen survey counted 715 bald eagles in Ohio, based on 391 separate reports submitted between Jan. 7 and Jan. 21, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources Division of Wildlife.
