Oak Mountain student earns Eagle Scout rank after rebuilding band observation tower

For Joshua Chatham, earning the rank of Eagle Scout marked the fulfillment of a goal he had pursued since first grade. But before reaching scouting’s highest honor, the Oak Mountain High School rising senior wanted to leave behind something that would continue serving his school long after he exits.
