A yellow notice to advertise a planning permit application has appeared on land earmarked for a Maldon worker housing project. It’s the latest phase of a community housing project which is the first for the Mount Alexander Affordable Housing Trust and involves the construction of two new homes on land off Franklin Street in Maldon.
