New TPS fraud charges trace back to Devin Fletcher investigation, state audit

Three people, including former Tulsa Public Schools Executive Director Chris Hudgins, have been charged with 27 counts of fraud, accused of stealing nearly $780,000 in voter-approved bond money from TPS. The case traces back to a prior investigation into former TPS administrator Devin Fletcher.
