Nearly 7 in 10 Americans Would Let AI Complete Certain Financial Tasks, TD Survey Finds

MOUNT LAUREL, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Consumers are open to using artificial intelligence for more than financial information and guidance. A new TD Bank U.S. survey finds that 69% would allow a bank-provided AI assistant to complete at least one financial task on their behalf, highlighting consumers’ willingness to let AI play a more active role in everyday banking.The findings build on TD research released earlier this year, which found that 48% of Americans were interested in an AI-powered ban
