A report from the National Weather Service was issued on Tuesday at 1:31 a.m. for freezing rain until 9:45 a.m. for Northern Warren and Southeast Warren as well as Herkimer, Hamilton, Fulton, Montgomery, Saratoga, Washington, Schoharie, Schenectady, Albany, Rensselaer, Greene, Columbia, Ulster and Dutchess counties.
