It is good to see that the city is interested in working on the climate change problem and has put together a plan (“Report from Vancouver forum highlights array of concerns related to climate change,” The Columbian, July 28). May I suggest an addition to the plan: a ban on all two-cycle gas engines, such as leaf blowers and string trimmers.
