Hampton Roads could hit wind chill temps at or below zero

This weekend the region could see both high winds and extreme cold, with temperatures reaching as low as -1 degree in south Hampton Roads and as low as -2 degrees in the peninsula, according to a 3:30 p.m. briefing from the National Weather Service.
