Arch Venture Partners and Population Health Partners have launched newco Sentivera around an undisclosed preclinical immunology asset from Haisco Pharmaceutical Group Co. Ltd. in a deal worth more than $1.5 billion, creating a potentially significant competitor in the race to develop oral therapies for type 2 inflammatory diseases.
