Elders call for overhaul of 'tokenistic' governance on APY Lands

A group of elders on South Australia's remote Aṉangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara (APY) Lands say the region's current model of governance is failing — and have put forward plans for a major overhaul.
