Dual BRD9/IKZF1 degradation targets hematologic tumors

Given the critical roles of BRD9 in chromatin remodeling and IKZF1 in hematopoietic transcriptional regulation, bifunctional degraders targeting both proteins represent a promising therapeutic approach for the treatment of hematological malignancies.
