At its meeting on Tuesday, March 17, the Dover Selectboard approved the purchase and management of three automated external defibrillator (AED) devices for use at town properties. In addition, the board heard an update about an ongoing townwide assessment and approved the purchase of a new tool that will help with the management of dirt roads during mud season. The request for the town to purchase AED devices came from resident Tripp Morse, who said his life was saved by one of the devices during a medical event in September.
