This year, Women's Health Week runs from September 7-11, with this year's theme "Do It Anyway", focusing on taking small steps towards your health. Women's Health Week is the country's largest event dedicated to the health and wellbeing of all women, girls and gender-diverse people.Women's Health Week was first started in 2012 to raise awareness of the health issues that affect women across their lives and address long-standing gaps in information, research and care. Each year, Women's Health Week allows women to start important conversations, reduce stigma and empower women, girls and gender-diverse people to take action for their health.
