A 25-year-old Carson City man was arrested Thursday on suspicion of possession of child pornography.At 6:15 p.m. investigators from the Carson City Sheriff’s Office served a search and arrest warrant, related to a joint investigation with the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, in the 100-block of Tiger Drive.Charles J. Hart Jr. was arrested and charged with possession of visual pornography of a person under 18 years old. Hart was transported to the Carson City Detention Center.
