Local community group, Bridgnorth Community First Responders, is celebrating after being awarded £8,600 in funding from the Severn Trent Community Fund to support its work responding to life threating emergencies and providing medical aid before the emergency ambulance arrives. The group, based in Bridgnorth, will use the money to fund their work supporting West Midlands Ambulance Service.
