Big rig overturns, spills water bottles on Highway 99 near Lodi

Traffic is delayed on Highway 99 near Lodi on Wednesday morning after a big rig overturned and blocked northbound lanes. The driver reported a bird in his cab and crashed while trying to get it out, according to California Highway Patrol online logs.
